The\u00a0Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust Integrated Public Health Nursing Team\u00a0plays a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of children and young people across the county.<\/p>\n
The teams are generally referred to as their separate speciality fields e.g. Health Visiting, School Nursing and the Family Nurse Partnership. But it is important to note that the School Nursing Team, work across the whole county and even with children who might not be education, Electively Home Educated.<\/p>\n

\nThe team is made up of multi-skilled professionals including:<\/p>\n
\tSpecialist Community Public Health Nurses (School Nurses)
\n \tCommunity Public Health Nurses
\n \tChild Health and Wellbeing Advisors
\n \tSchool Health Assistants<\/p>\n

They work closely with other services such as the\u00a0Safeguarding Children\u2019s Team\u00a0and the\u00a0Health Visiting Team, ensuring continuity of care from early years through to adolescence<\/p>\n

\tNorth Bucks\u00a0(Aylesbury and Buckingham)
