\tCheck your child has received their pre-school vaccination and their second MMR from the GP before starting school.
\n \tYou will receive an NCMP and school entry screening letter with information.
\n \tTell the school if your child has a health need before they start school\u200b.
\n \tMedicines, inhalers and medical equipment should be clearly labelled and in date.\u200b
\n \tIf your child has a Care Plan for a health condition, please provide the school with an up-to-date plan at the beginning of the term\u200b.
\n \tEnsure your child is registered at and attending the dentist regularly.
