Our service is community-based rather than school-restricted. We can provide support through home visits or within local community settings. Support is collaborative and non-judgemental. Advice is tailored to meet the individual needs of child, young person, and\/or family.
\nGrowth and Development Reviews: We offer assessments to monitor your child\u2019s physical growth in line with the Healthy Child Programme.
\nHealth and Lifestyle Advocacy: Our team can provide evidence-based advice to help children and families implement healthier lifestyle choices.
\nEmotional Wellbeing Support: We can offer early intervention for and challenges with including anxiety, low mood, and self-confidence or anger management.
\nTargeted Guidance and Signposting: We provide specialist advice and referrals (signposting) for practical concerns such as sleep hygiene, toileting issues, and behavioural challenges.
\nWe will not pass on anything you say to anyone else, unless you or someone else is at significant risk of harm. If we do need to share anything you have told us, we will always try to discuss this with you first.
\nFor our safety and yours, any support will be recorded on electronic records that can be seen by other healthcare professionals who all follow the same confidentiality rules.

ChatHealth is a confidential text support service for parents, carers, families and young people in Hampshire. Trained local nurses will be on the other side responding to your messages and are experienced in a wide range of health and wellbeing concerns you may have. As well as giving advice, the team can signpost to appropriate services.<\/p>\n
