Hello all,

A message to let you know the school nursing team in Hertfordshire remain here to help ?

As a service we remain being able to offer emotional well being support via the telephone, we are still accepting referrals in to our service. Please see referral form https://www.hct.nhs.uk/forms/school-nursing-form.asp

You can contact the school nursing team for any advice and support on 0300 123 7572, ran 9am-17:00 Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Young people aged 11-19 years old can use our chat health confidential text messaging health service to text any worries about their health and wellbeing. The contact number for this is: 07480635050.
