Sleep awareness

Sleep should be top of our to do list, as it gives us the energy we need throughout the day.
Did you know March marks National Bed Month?
Children in primary school should be getting at least 10 to 11 hours sleep a night.
Issues with sleeping:
Sometimes it can be hard to sleep, and to switch your brain off, or you might wake up after a nightmare. If this happens to you regularly you could talk to your school nurse who will be able to give you more tips on how to sleep well.
