The Family Centre Service in Hertfordshire, is a new service to bring together the School Nursing, Health Visiting Teams and the Children’s Centre’s so they are all under one umbrella. The purpose of this is to offer families the best integrated care for their needs. There is one central telephone number to call and options to choose the service you require – 0300-123-7572
