A reminder to parents of year 6 children. The school nursing team are currently going in to schools over the next few months to deliver the Lancaster Model Online Health Questionnaire. This will give your child the opportunity to have a full holistic health assessment which will help identify if any help or support is required. Our school nursing team is well prepared to make sure this run smoothly and safely in line with NHS and Government guidance, with a friendly hello under their personal protective equipment (PPE).
