The School Nursing Service offers advice and support to children and young people aged 5-19 years, attending Hertfordshire mainstream schools, their parents\/carers and professionals in the schools.<\/p>\n
Parents can contact a School Nurse Monday to Friday 9-5pm via our Chat Health parent line on 07312263002 or via our duty line on 03001237572.<\/p>\n
Young People aged 11-19 years old can text our Chat Health Service on 07480635050.<\/p>\n
Parents and professionals can refer a child or young person within a mainstream school for emotional wellbeing or health support.<\/p>\n
