The Mental Health Support Team are an early intervention wellbeing service.<\/p>\n
It is aimed at providing support for children, young people and families around low-level emotional wellbeing needs, such as anxiety, low mood, managing emotions, and sleep.<\/p>\n
They link in directly with the Nottinghamshire CAMHS teams and provide \u2018in school\u2019 sessions to promote positive mental health.<\/p>\n
The schools included in this project will have a designated Mental Health Lead,\u00a0 who can refer directly into the Mental Health Support Team, alongside parents and young people themselves<\/p>\n

If your child\u2019s school is on the list and you\u2019d like some support for low-level emotional wellbeing or mental health needs for your child, please contact the school and ask to speak to their Mental Health Lead.<\/p>\n
