However, emotional growth is often a gradual process that happens over time, and sometimes we might feel a bit \u2018stuck\u2019.<br \/>\nFor Place2Be\\&#8217;s Children\\&#8217;s Mental Health Week 2022, children (and adults) are being encouraged to consider how they have grown and how they can help others to grow.<br \/>\nFor more details about Children\\&#8217;s Mental Health week visit https:\/\/www.childrensmentalhealthweek.org.uk\/<\/p>\n<p>Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust\u2019s Healthy Family Teams operate services to support young people as well as parents and carers.<\/p>\n<p>ChatHealth &#8211; confidential text service<br \/>\nThis is a school nursing text service for young people.<br \/>\nYou may be worried about your health and wellbeing and be unsure about how to get the help you need.<br \/>\nThe ChatHealth text service is an easy way for young people to confidentially ask for help about a range of issues. They can also find out how to access other local services including emotional support or sexual health services.<br \/>\nThe texting service, available to young people across all of Nottinghamshire, aims to offer a relevant, accessible method of contact and a flexible way to provide support.<br \/>\nYoung people aged 11-19 can receive confidential advice on a wide range of issues such as bullying, emotional health and wellbeing, sexual health as well as illnesses. The service will allow young people in the area to send messages to a dedicated number which will be delivered to a secure website. Once there, texts will be responded to by the Healthy Family Teams within one working day.<br \/>\nThe ChatHealth number to text is 07507 329952, available Monday to Friday between 9am\u20134.30pm excluding bank holidays. During out\u2013of\u2013hours, anyone who texts the service will receive an automated message with advice on where to get help if their question is urgent.<\/p>\n<p>Parentline &#8211; a confidential texting service for parents and carers<br \/>\nYou may have health and wellbeing concerns about your baby or young child and be unsure how to get the help you need.<br \/>\nParentline is a confidential text messaging service for parents and carers across Nottinghamshire.<br \/>\nThe texting service is an easy way for parent and carers of children aged 0\u201319 years to confidentially ask for help about a range of issues, such as:<br \/>\n\u2022 feeding and nutrition<br \/>\n\u2022 child development<br \/>\n\u2022 parenting advice and support<br \/>\n\u2022 emotional health and wellbeing<br \/>\n\u2022 behaviour difficulties<br \/>\n\u2022 family health<br \/>\nYou can contact the Healthy Family Teams and find out how to access other local services, for example, the School Health Team, breastfeeding support or health visitor led sessions.<br \/>\nParents and carers can contact the text messaging service for advice from Monday to Friday between 9am-4.30pm excluding bank holidays. Messages sent to the dedicated number are delivered to a secure website and responded to by the Healthy Family Teams. Texts are usually replied to within one working day. Automatic replies will be sent to any messages received out of hours explaining where to get help if their question is urgent, and when they can expect a response.<br \/>\nParentline is available to parents and across Nottinghamshire. It makes accessing health services easier and more accessible, creating another platform for parents and carers to connect.<br \/>\nText Parentline on 07520 619919.<br \/>\nAnd parents, carers and healthcare professionals can also call the Healthy Family Teams Advice Line which offers advice and support over the telephone.
