A series of fun Play Days for families are taking place across Broxtowe this summer.<\/p>\n
Broxtowe Borough Council has organised the events, which will feature inflatables, fair rides, arts and crafts, puppet shows and more, as well as health information and advice.<\/p>\n
The theme this year is Play – the culture of childhood: supporting play, fun and friendships.<\/p>\n
The events are:<\/p>\n
\tTuesday, 30th July – Chilwell Play Day, Inham Nook Recreation Ground, Blandford Road, Chilwell NG9 4GY
\n \tThursday, 1st August – Eastwood Play Day, Coronation Park, off Plumptree Way NG16 3LQ
\n \tMonday, 5th August – Stapleford Play Day, Ilkeston Road Recreation Ground, Stapleford NG9 8JL
\n \tThursday, 8th August – Kimberley Play Day, Kimberley School Field, off Newdigate Street, Kimberley NG16 1FB
\n \tMonday, 12th August – Beeston Play Day, Broadgate Park, off Humber Road, Beeston NG9 2EF<\/p>\n
The events will run from 12pm until 4pm with opening ceremonies at 1pm.<\/p>\n
