This includes details of the Families Information Service which provides support and information for expectant parents and families with children and young people aged 0-19.<\/p>\n

There is information on the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Local Offer which offers support for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities aged 0-25.<\/p>\n

Details of the Local Offer for Care Leavers, giving support for care leavers moving into adulthood and independent living aged 16-25, is available.<\/p>\n

Adults and Communities are covered, offering support for adults on employment, education, health, housing, financial advice and things to do in the community.<\/p>\n
