Welcome to the School Nursing Team for Brighton and Hove and West Sussex

Every school in Brighton and Hove and West Sussex has access to the School Nursing Team – we offer support parents, children, young people and their families with all kinds of health issues such as continence, sleep, healthy lifestyle and emotional health.

We can give advice over the telephone or video call, or we can meet with you face to face in school or at your home.

Please get in touch if you would like personalised help and support. Your child’s School Nurse is very happy to help

We have school nurses, staff nurses, Community Nursery Nurses and health care assistants in our team.
