We have our own \\&#8217;SRE toolkit\u2019 hosted on the EasySRE website. All schools can access this resource free of charge and our service can support schools to use the resources.<\/p>\n<p>We can also offer advice and support to individual children and young people who have been referred to our service.<br \/>\nWe offer a confidential, anonymous text service called ChatHealth. This is a messaging service for young people aged 11+ who can text a school nurse for advice on health matters. We can provide a range of information, sign post to other services or offer to see the young people for a health review if requested to do so.<br \/>\nSafety disclaimer Whilst this is a confidential text service we do have a duty to keep children safe. We might inform someone if we were concerned about a child or young person\\&#8217;s safety but we would usually speak to them first. Messages are stored and can be seen by other health care staff who follow the same confidentiality rules, We aim to reply to messages within one working day however an immediate message will be sent to confirm we have received the text. Texts will only be seen between 9am and 5pm. If help is needed before a child or young person hears back from us they are advised contact their\u00a0 GP, nearest walk in centre or dial 111. Our text number does not receive voice calls or MMS picture messages. We support messaging from UK mobile numbers only (which does not include messages sent from landlines, international mobile numbers and some \\&#8217;number masking\\&#8217; mobile apps). To prevent the health professional from sending messages to you, text STOP to our number. Messages are charged at your usual rates.\u201d<br \/>\nWe offer a parent ChatHealth Line 07520 634 909. This is a messaging service for parents or carers who can text a school nurse for advice on health matters. We can provide a range of information, sign post to other services or offer to see the parent\/carer and their child\\&#8217;s for a health review if requested to do so.
