Just a little message from everyone at the school nursing team in Hertfordshire. We are wishing you all the best of luck for the school year ahead.
It may be different for lots of you, but remember you are not alone.

We are here if you need support 🙂

Parents, schools and health professionals can contact our school nursing duty line on 0300 123 7572 (Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm, excluding bank holidays) to discuss any health and wellbeing concerns.

Parents, schools and health professionals can also make a referral to our service if 1 to 1 support is required. Please see our website for more information and for our criteria – https://www.hct.nhs.uk/our-services/school-nursing/

We have our confidential text line, chat health for 11-19 year olds who attend school to message in any health and wellbeing concerns they may have. The young person can text 07480635050 and a school nurse will message back.
