The School Nursing team in Hertfordshire will be delivering The Lancaster Model online health questionnaire with year 6 during the Autumn and Winter term. This is to identify any areas where your child may possibly need some support and early interventions can be provided. Parents/carers will receive information from their child's school.

First Steps to Understanding Eating Disorders (First Steps ED) for ages 5-18, parents and care givers
