A day of live music, creative workshops and vibrant, colourful performances in Arnold.

Arnold Summer Fair will take place at Arnot Hill Park on Saturday, 24th June, from 11am until 5pm.

It will feature a day of live music, creative workshops and vibrant, colourful performances.

The fair celebrates diversity, recognising the 75th anniversary of the Windrush arrivals and other migrant communities that have joined and enriched our communities in that time. It will be an inclusive and multicultural community celebration.

City Arts are bringing their giant bird puppets to the park – look out for them on a carnival procession with the Brazilian Cultural Centre and Can Samba.

Skate Nottingham will be running a skate jam from 1pm-4pm, for new and established skaters, alongside art activities with Nottinghamshire County Council’s Youth Service.

The Midlands Melanin Market will provide stalls showcasing local African and Caribbean artists and makers. There will be community and charity stalls and street food traders from across the borough.

There will also be a fun fair in the park and performances on the stage throughout the day, including kora player Suntou Susso.
