Intensive skating sessions and free skating for under 5s

Families can get active and join the National Ice Centre in Nottingham at half term for daily skating sessions and learn how to skate in just three hours at their intensive skating lessons.
And younger skaters can benefit from free sessions.
The intensive skating lessons take place between 12.30pm and 1.30pm on Tuesday, May 31; Wednesday, June 1; and Thursday, June 2, for an hour each day, so you can fit a six-week skating course into just three days.

Plus, additional public skating sessions take place each day where children aged 5 and under skate for free.
At the National Ice Centre, children aged 5 and under skate for free when accompanied by a full paying adult.
Skating enables children to develop self-confidence and improve their balance and coordination skills. It is also a great way for them to stay active and healthy.
During selected weekend sessions, there is a dedicated tots zone on the rink where little ones can use the ice equipment to grow in confidence with skating at their own pace.
