Helpful hints and tips for parents and children to live healthier lives.

Helpful hints and tips are being offered by Your Health Your Way in Nottinghamshire in a series of videos. Paul, one of their Healthy Lifestyle Advisors, has created the videos aimed at parents and children to help them keep healthy, active and reduce sugar intake. The videos were originally filmed for one of the children centre’s they work with to send out helpful information to parents.

The portion size video helps us understand hand size models and why they are important.

In the physical activity video, it helps us understand the guidelines for all age groups of how much exercise they should be doing per week.

And the sugar video helps us understand the difference between sugars and how to reduce our intake.
