Did you know that Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust’s Healthy Family Teams provide a wide range of services to families and carers?
We offer the Parentline and ChatHealth text messaging services, a county-wide Advice Line offering advice and support over the telephone to parents, carers and health professionals, as well as care provided by school nurses, the Family Nurse Partnership (for first time teenage mums) and the National Childhood Measurement Programme.
We also manage Nottinghamshire sections of 3 national websites: Health for Under 5s, Health for Kids and Health for Teens.
To help spread the message about what services we offer, we have created 3 promotional packs for schools covering Early Years, Primary Schools and Secondary Schools settings, which can be downloaded at the bottom of this article.
