National Grief Awareness Week runs from 2nd-8th December by The Good Grief Trust

While some of us are celebrating with families and friends in the run up to Christmas, others are often suffering in silence. Some people can feel isolated at this time of year. It’s a time of reflection, they can feel mournful and sad. This is why it’s so important to notice the people around you and how they are feeling. A simple small task such as a phone call, text, a hug or having a chat can make a big difference.
