The benefits for your loved ones

Whenever you light up, second-hand smoke is produced. This is the smoke exhaled by you, plus the smoke created by the lit end of a cigarette. This isn’t just unpleasant; it can be a killer and children are particularly vulnerable to second-hand smoke. Children have less well-developed airways, lungs and immune systems and are more likely to suffer from breathing problems, allergies, chest infections and are at greater risk of cot death.
