The Buckinghamshire Family Hub Network is a county-wide initiative designed to make it easier for families to access support, advice, and services throughout their parenting journey—from pregnancy through to age 19, or up to 25 for those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)

The network acts as a one-stop shop for:

  • Parenting support
  • Mental health and wellbeing
  • Financial advice
  • Pregnancy and baby care
  • Youth services and education
  • Local activities and community groups

Families can access help in family centrescommunity spaces, or online, making support flexible and accessible

The Family Hub Network brings together a wide range of partners:

  • Buckinghamshire Council
  • Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust
  • Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust
  • Schools and education providers
  • Voluntary, community, and faith groups
  • Social enterprises and charities like Kooth and One Can Trust

Families can:

  • Visit a local hub for direct support
  • Be signposted to the most appropriate service based on their needs
  • Get help early to prevent issues from escalating

The network is active across Aylesbury ValeChiltern & South Bucks, and Wycombe, with hubs like the Hithercroft Family Centre in High Wycombe hosting events and drop-in sessions
