Health Visitors and School Nurses can support you by text around a range of issues during these unsettling times
During these unsettling times, you may be worried about your child’s health and wellbeing and be unsure about how to get the help you need. Our Health Visitors and School Nurses are still here to help – you can text them for confidential advice and support on a wide range of issues such as:
Health visiting enquiries for parents and carers of babies and children aged 0-5:
- Bottle feeding
- Introducing solids
- Child health
- Adjusting to parenting
- Toddler behaviour
School nursing enquiries for parents and carers of children aged 0-19
- Emotional health
- Minor accidents and illnesses
If you are the parent or carer of a child aged 0-19 years old you can send a text to:
Your ChatHealth messaging service is run by South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust and is available 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).
We aim to reply to you within one working day and you should get an immediate bounce-back to confirm we received your text. Texts will not be seen outside of normal working hours. If you need help before you hear back from us, contact you GP, NHS 111 or dial 999 if it is an emergency.
