An annual celebration of all things ‘baby’ is being highlighted in Nottinghamshire.

Nottinghamshire has joined eight other areas across the country to celebrate Baby Week for the first time this year, from Tuesday 14th November to Monday 20th November.

Baby week is an annual celebration of all things ‘baby’, aiming to bring sectors and services together to promote giving every child the Best Start in Life.

During the week there are various free or low cost events happening across the county, mostly aimed at those who are pregnant or with children 0-5 years and professionals.

The week ends with a big Baby Week free celebration event at Kirkby Leisure Centre, Hodgkinson Road, Kirkby in Ashfield NG17 7DJ on Monday 20th November from 10am to 2pm.

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust’s Healthy Family Team and infant feeding support team will be attending the event.
