Public Health Nurses can support you by text around a range of issues.

You may be worried about your child’s health and wellbeing and be unsure about how to get the help you need.

Our Public Health Nurses are here to help – you can text them for confidential advice and support on a wide range of issues such as:

Parents and carers of babies and children aged 0-5:

  • Sleep
  • Feeding
  • Breastfeeding
  • Bottle feeding
  • Introducing solids
  • Toileting
  • Child health
  • Adjusting to parenting
  • Toddler behaviour

Parents and carers of children and young people aged 0-19

  • Behaviour
  • Continence
  • Emotional health
  • Self-harm
  • Bullying
  • Minor accidents and illnesses

Your Parentline messaging service is run by Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and is available Monday–Friday, 9am-4:30pm, excluding bank holidays and weekends.
