The Coventry School Nursing service is part of the Coventry Family Health and Lifestyle Service.

The Coventry Family Health and Lifestyle Service supports babies, children and young people from 0-19 years old with their health and wellbeing needs. It is an exciting, friendly and easy to access service which includes the following:

  • Health Visiting
  • School Nursing
  • Be Active Be Healthy
  • MAMTA
  • Infant Feeding
  • Stop Smoking in Pregnancy
  • Family Nurse Partnership

We are based at two different locations:

Moat House Leisure and Neighbourhood Centre
1 Winston Avenue
Coventry
CV2 1EA

and

312 Charter Avenue
Coventry
CV4 8DA

In order to access these services, you can contact the Single Point of Entry number on 02475 189190. We also offer a ChatHealth text messaging service for 11-19 year olds to contact the School Nurse from 8am until 8pm for confidential advice and support on 07507331949.

Parents can contact the School Nurse to discuss any child health concerns on the Parent Line number 07507 329 114 from 5pm-8pm.
