Hearing Screening for Reception Children
Every school aged child in Coventry will have the opportunity to have a hearing screening test.
This test is carried out by the School Nursing Team in school. The screening will consist of:
- Your child will wear a set of headphones.
- Quiet sounds will play into the headphones through a listening game.
Children may then be referred to the Audiology Department for further tests if necessary.
