Safety At Home

The nights are drawing in and the weather is getting colder, now is the time where we are at home more with our families. It is important to be aware of the hazards around the home. We tend to think of home as the safest place for our children, especially their bedrooms.

Everynight and every morning we are closing and opening our curtains and blinds,  but are we aware of the dangers and accidents that looped blinds and chains can cause to young children?

Take a look at the safety advice on the Child Accident Prevention Trust website on https://www.capt.org.uk/blind-cords

There are free downloadable resources and great advice on cord blinds and general home safety which is so important this time of year.

Be safe!
