Did you know...

A healthy lunch isn’t just about fruit and vegetables, on top of these you also need a balanced selection of:

• Carbohydrates – such as bread, pasta or rice
• Dairy – like yoghurt or cheese
• Protein – for example chicken, fish or beans

Non-sugary drinks are always better (water is our favourite and is also the best for your body and teeth)
