This link takes you to a short film about the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP) If your child attends Reception class or Year 6, you will be sent a letter about the NCMP. Our School Nurse team go into schools to weigh and measure your child, but if you don't want this to happen you have 2 weeks to let us know after you have received the letter from us. In reception class we see your child for school entry screening and use the height and weight measurements to include in the NCMP programme. If you don't want us to include your child's measurements in the data, then let us know.
