You can text us anytime using our texting service if you live in Brighton and Hove.

It’s safe and easy for you to text in and have a text conversation with one of our qualified nurses. Just send a message, you don’t have to give your name, and we reply to every single message we receive. You can ask any questions about your health or ask for help or advice on anything you might be worried about.

Text: 07480 635423

It’s discreet and quick, and it only takes one message to start making a difference.

The text line is monitored all year, including during school holidays, between 9am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). You can still text in the evenings and at the weekends, but you won’t get a response until the next working day. We aim to reply to all messages within one working day, and you should get an immediate message to confirm that we have received your text. If you need help before you hear back from us, contact your GP, call NHS 111 or dial 999 if it is an emergency.

*Please note, the texting service is currently only available for parents and carers who live in Brighton and Hove. A texting service for parents and carers who live in West Sussex will be launching soon! Check back for more information over the next few weeks.
