Feelings can be difficult to understand and hard to let go of. Sometimes it’s easier to write them down, so why not try adding a note about how you’re feeling to one of our lanterns and watch as your worries float away?

Did you know...

When you ‘bottle up’ your feelings, you can feel worse. You might find it hard to sleep or have difficulty concentrating in school.

Talking to an adult you trust can help you start to feel better. Doing some exercise, making sure you’re eating healthy food and sometimes just taking to the time to sit down, relax and chill out can also help to make you less worried about things.
